The Corn Belt Cadence focuses on leadership, growth, and development for those in agriculture. This is also a community for those who want to share knowledge, passion, encouragement, and guidance with each other regardless of experience, location, or age.

In the middle of Nowhere, Indiana, on a 4th generation corn and soybean farm, is where it all started for me.
My name is Kacee Bohle, also known as "Corn Belt Kacee" on social media, and I am the founder of The Corn Belt Cadence.
I have really only ever known agriculture, so when it came time for me to figure out who I wanted to be and what I wanted to do with my life, it was a no brain-er that I had to do something with, you guessed it, agriculture.
I have been super fortunate the past several years to have traveled all over the Corn Belt (aka the Midwestern United States for those that are not familiar with that term) working with every aspect of agriculture that you could think of. I have learned about various types of crops, connected with a variety of personalities, and have been exposed to a vast amount of wisdom and experience.
This leads me into how The Corn Belt Cadence came into fruition...
I have always appreciated the exposure to these different areas of the agriculture industry and the connections I have made. With out those who have opened up to share their connections, their encouragement and support, as well as their experience and knowledge, I would not be where I am today.
I was not really looking for a mentor, but there they were, waiting to share what they had learned over the years with me and now I want to do the same for you.
I have always loved the idea of having a mentor and, my oh my, do I have a few really amazing ones in my life that I am so thankful for. They have taken me under their wing and helped me take off with out me even knowing where I wanted to go.
In agriculture, sometimes it can feel like we are out in the middle of nowhere (literally) by ourselves and are not sure where we want to go or how to get there. Sometimes those around us are not always what we need and we are not sure how to connect with others to get where we want to go- both personally and professionally.
I am a “connector” and “facilitate” like my life depends on it. I am like Cupid for networking. I meet someone and instantly think “oh, you should meet so and so!” or "I have this great resource I would like to share with you". I have realized this has become who I am and truly believe it is my life calling to share this with others. I know there is a huge opportunity to utilize the connections and resources I have made.
Not only do I love making connections, learning about and from others, but I love helping people do this for themselves as well. So many have shared how appreciative they are to learn about HOW I have intentional conversations, HOW I implement resources, HOW to truly network and make meaningful connections that help me in my career and in my personal life. This type of thing comes naturally to me, but I understand that it can be very uncomfortable and difficult for others.
I wanted to create a space where not only could I feel comfortable and connect with those outside of my small town, who have experience and knowledge in areas new to me, who can encourage and brainstorm (judgement free), but create a space for YOU to do all of that as well!
So here we are, The Corn Belt Cadence is now a community, a platform, a resource for all men and women in agriculture regardless of experience, age, or location. Here you will find resources like our Networking classes that breakdown the "how to's" when it comes to networking, our Mentoring Program that allows you the opportunity to learn and improve skills, make connections, set goals, and have support to grow and develop into a leader in the agriculture industry, and our free Facebook group where you can connect and have discussions with others who can help get you where you want to go in this industry and in your life.
If you are ready to start making meaningful connections, learn, grow, and develop, you are in the right place! Your next step is to check out the Networking Events under the Resources page and join in on the fun!
I can not wait to connect with you.
